September 2007 Question:

What do you think your horse likes best about you? If you don't have a horse yet, just guess what your first horse's favourite thing will be about you!

Orion's favourite thing about me is that I like brushing her. Wiley loves me when I give him oats!

"That I give my horse a lot of treats (though not so many that I make him sick)."

"I'm guessing he/she will like how I always come to her when I have problems. I'll just bury my face in her soft coat and all my worries will be washed away."

"Archie loves it when I give him attention, food, or turn him out with his buddies. Every time I do one of these things he'll give me a little nuzzle."

"Katie loves it when I come to the stables. She also loves it when I give her a carrot!"

Stephanie in the United States:
"I don't have a horse of my own, but I go to a horse barn a lot, and there's a horse who is kind of like a best friend! His name is Wonder. Anyway, I think the thing he likes best about me is either the fact that I bring him a carrot every time I see him, or that I always play with him."

Melanie in the United States:
"I think that my horse loves to go on trips. I would go out to a park near my house and ride my horse there. He would get too excited and won't pay attention to what I am telling him to do. His name is Altivo and he is a Paso Fino. He is my first horse and I got him on my birthday."
