Angela Dorsey’s BlogSun Chaser is fun!The new book, Sun Chaser, is coming along a little slowly, but it sure is a fun story! Lots of problems to solve, lots of adventures to experience, and of course, lots and lots of stunningly beautiful horses! However, I didn’t write anything on it last week. This is why…
This is what I was doing instead. If it doesn’t look like as much fun as writing a new horsey adventure, you’re right. It wasn’t! But – no worries. I’m almost back to new and am eager to plunge deeply back into the novel! I hope no one else is getting sick!

When is/was the new dead line for the voice for the horse story writing contest?
March 26th, 2012 at 1:27 pm
Aw, I’m sorry to hear that you’re sick, Megan! I hope you’re feeling better soon.
The deadline for the contest has been reached and I’ve already done my part of the judging of entries. I think the winners should be announced very soon. Did you enter?
March 26th, 2012 at 6:39 pm
Yes I entered with the story “Taken From My Home” I had I friend who wanted to enter but, can’t now…

Dear Angela,
I’m so sorry you’ve been sick–but so happy you’re feeling better and will be back at your writing soon.
I “tagged” you on my blog (http://evbishop.wordpress.com) to take part in a lucky 7 meme–good news for your readers, if you play that is
, because they’ll get a tiny sneak peak of the story you’re working on!

I’m sorry you are/were sick, but I’m happy to hear that you’re writing another awesome book!

Thanks, Kelly and Ev! I love having well wishing friends like you guys!
Thanks for the tag, Ev. I put it on your blog; what a fun diversion!

Hey, I have been trying to find Dark Fire, Desert Song, Condor Mountain, Swift Current, Gold Fever, and Slave Child. I don’t exactly want them signed, though I wouldn’t be completely opposed to it. Do you only sell them here?
April 3rd, 2012 at 4:15 pm
Yes, I do sell books on my site! If you click here, it will take you to the page where you can order. I have paperbacks of all the books you listed, and hardcovers of some of them.
I’d be happy to sign them if you want me to, and not sign them if you don’t want me to!

Oops!! Very sorry! I didn’t mean to submit a form! Please ignore the form I sent you. I shouldn’t have.

That’s okay, Kelly. It actually happens a lot, and I don’t mind at all.
April 9th, 2012 at 8:15 am
Kelly, have you read Freedom, Echo, and Whisper? They are my fav. books
April 24th, 2012 at 8:46 am
Yup. I’ve read all of Angela’s books. Pony helped me get my hands on them. Still really sad they had to close. Maybe one day the economy will get better and they’ll open again.
Angela: Did you draw the cover for Winter of the Crystal Dances, Sobbekare’s Revenge or Silver Dream? If not, who did?

The artist for all my books through PONY is Jennifer Bell. She lives in the UK and you can see more of her work at http://www.campionbell.com/. She has some wonderful equine art!

Wow, she’s good!! I just looked through her site. I hope one day I’ll be half that good!
April 25th, 2012 at 6:49 pm
