  2. Mirriam Says:

    Yeah!

  3. Mirriam Says:

So, Angela, who won the other trivia contest? If she can’t put her name up, then please tell her I said Congrats on winning it!

  4. Anne-Line Says:

    Yeah, it sure is.  :D

I had the diving examination yesterday, and I passed! Now I can dive 20 meters down in the sea. I’m so happy, this is something I have looked forward to for many years. Just one problem: what am I going to look forward to now?

    hehe. just kidding  :D

  5. J.F. Says:

    This one’s very tricky, Angela.

  6. Angela Dorsey Says:

    It is a tricky one!

Congratulations, Anne-Line! How exciting for you!!!

The winner of the last Trivia Contest was Cara Klein from Germany. I can tell you her name because I already have permission from her parents. However, the website hasn’t been updated yet. Congrats Cara!

  7. Cara Says:

Thanks so much! It’s sooo awesome, I can hardly believe it!

  8. Brittany Says:

Congratulations Cara and Anne-Line! I bet its pretty cool going diving! My family can never go on vacation :( too many horses to take care of!

Yay! Today I just got some graphite pencils! They are all different tones that are made for shading, now I can start practicing shading all my pictures :D It’s hard to do w/ a regular number 2 pencil.

  9. Tavia Says:

Yay! Congratulations, Anne-Line!!! That’s awesome! And congratulations to Cara, too!

  10. Mirriam Says:

Yeh, congrats, Cara! You are horse wise!

  11. Gabrielle Says:

Cool Brittany! Do you like to draw? I love drawing but I’m terrible. It’s going to take a lot of practice before I can make a good (guess?) horse - of course!

  12. Gabriella Says:

This is a really hard one!

  13. Brittany Says:

I love drawing! :D Just keep practicing, and you’ll be a great artist! I like to draw horses the most (well duh :D ) but I also like to draw fantasy like dragons and stuff. Weird mix isn’t it? Horses and dragons? Hmmm…

  14. Gabrielle Says:

Dragons are amazing. Are they really hard to draw? I can’t just draw out of my head. I need a model so I can get all my angles right. Thanks for the encouragement!

  15. Gabrielle Says:

Is anybody else on this site a member of PONY book club?

  16. Kathryn Says:

    Me, Emma and Tavia aren’t.

  17. Brittany Says:

Dragons aren’t too hard to draw because they aren’t real, so there really isn’t a right way to draw them. They can be any type, that’s why I like them so much! I like to draw water dragons, they are fun :D

    I’m in PONY!

  18. Gabrielle Says:

Cool. Did you enter the short stoy contest they had a while back, in February I think. They still haven’t told who won.

  19. Brittany Says:

No, I didn’t enter that. I wonder who will win? Did you enter? If you did good luck! :D

  20. Gabrielle Says:

    I did enter, and thanks!

  21. Brittany Says:

Your welcome:) I’m sooo happy now! The art webwsite I always go to finally put my art up on their website!!!! http://www.elfwood.com/art/m/y/mystery_rider/mystery_rider.html
That is the link. I love that website, I get on there everyday :D I have a fake name if your wondering why it says Arianna. I didn’t want to put my real name on that kind of website.

  22. Angela Dorsey Says:

What awesome pictures! You are a very gifted artist, Brittany! Maybe you’ll be illustrating my books someday. That would be so cool!

  23. Brittany Says:

Thank you sooo much Angela! That would be awesome!

  24. Gabrielle Says:

    I love your artwork, Brittany :) .

  25. Gabrielle Says:

Ms. Angela, are you going to be picking any more names in the ‘Name That Horse’ contest soon? I sent in about a dozen of my favorite names and I can’t wait to see whose names win!

  26. Angela Dorsey Says:

The way the Name That Horse Contest works: I usually save all the names that I like best and then when I have a horse character that needs a name, I got through the list and pick the best name for that horse. So the time that I announce a winner is whenever I need a new horse name.

  27. Amanda Says:

I used to be in PONY but I quit because all of their stuff is sooo expensive. I do have alot of PONY stuff laying around my room though. In fact I have every Horse Angel book except for, Desert Song, Gold Fever, nad Fighting Chance. :D

I have a chestnut Quarter horse named Penny Stealer.(Penny) I didn’t get to name her because she was two years old when I got her. (She turned six years old last May) I would never have thought to name her Penny Stealer, but it suits her.

  28. Gabrielle Says:

Amanda, I’m about to quit PONY, too, for the same reason. Now I want to join the girls horse club at girlshorseclub.com

I was about to get a horse but her stabling fell through :( I have to save up for a while before I can afford to stable her at the closest barn. Wish me luck!

  29. Angela Dorsey Says:

I’ve never heard of the girlshorseclub.com before. It sounds like a great place for those of you who write horse stories to submit them. Check it out! www.girlshorseclub.com
